Products

All items are described and presented as accurately as possible.  Due to different monitor and phone settings the colours you see on our website may vary slightly from the actual colour of the items.    When purchasing  you understand we use natural timbers that are used in their natural form.   From time to time this means that timber and vines etc may have slight imperfections due to the grain or knots in the timber.   This is not a fault of the product.  The wood grain and colour can vary somewhat from that shown.  Unfortunately we cannot exchange your order for a different timber grain from what you receive. 

You are unable to return or exchange any order as these products are all custom made for each individual customer.  All items sold are regarded as final purchases, so please order carefully.  If you are unsure about sizes or colour please do not hesitate to contact Sassie Designs.

Please check your spelling and information carefully as it will be printed as you have provided.  If an item has arrived with a fault due to the information given with the incorrect spelling, colour, size etc, replacement product will need to ordered at the expense of the customer.  If it is a mistake that has been made by Sassie Designs a free replacement product will be sent at no extra cost.

We take the greatest care in personalising each product so please allow up to 21 days for your order to be despatched.  If you are requiring one of our products earlier than the time frame listed, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can do a rush order.   You can contact us via the ‘contact’ page.

Shipping

We take the greatest of care with all packaging and postage.    Pass the Parcel couriers are used for all New Zealand orders (tracking included).

International orders are all shipped with standard New Zealand post (no tracking number included).   If there are any custom fees and taxes for the parcel to arrive into your country these are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Product disclosure

All products sold by Sassie Designs are for decoration only, not to be handled by children.  Please do not hang above cots or bed within a child's reach.  They are not intended as toys or to be played with.  May contact small pieces not recommended for children under the age of 3.
